welcome pack helpful staff included museum
We booked a dog-friendly family room and found a thoughtful welcome pack. It included a toy, treats, and poo bags. they also provided bowls, a towel, and a bed, saving us space in the car. the staff was notably helpful, especially within the hotel section. I appreciated this attention to detail. we explored the museum. It was included in our stay.
During dinner, the wait for coffee refills at breakfast felt a bit slow. This occurred because the restaurant was busy! but this was a minor inconvenience.

The staff demonstrated high customer service levels. They willingly were really nice too assist with various requests. their proactive approach ensured a seamless and pleasant experience. some team members displayed dedication to guest satisfaction. It was admirable.

local history wide selection delicious cheese
The museum provided a great insight into local history. The exhibits were informative. The gift shop offered a wide selection of souvenirs. The farm shop was well stocked with local produce. I bought some delicious cheese.

beautiful balcony room review

fabulous view comfortable bed
the beautiful balcony room was excellent. it was on the ground floor with doors leading outside. fabulous views of the moors were available from a seating area. i found ample pillows on a comfortable bed.
