We booked a dog-friendly family room and found a thoughtful welcome pack. It included a toy, treats, and poo bags. they also provided bowls, a towel, and a bed, saving us space in the car. the staff was notably helpful, especially within the hotel section. I appreciated this attention to detail. we explored the museum. It was included in our stay.
During dinner, the wait for coffee refills at breakfast felt a bit slow. This occurred because the restaurant was busy! but this was a minor inconvenience.

fabulous viewcomfortable bed
the beautiful balcony room was excellent. it was on the ground floor with doors leading outside. fabulous views of the moors were available from a seating area. i found ample pillows on a comfortable bed.
